First, don't go! Please contact us via our support site here and let us know why you're leaving and what we can do (if anything) to convince you to stay!

But if you must go, here's how you can cancel your subscription.

If you purchased younity Premium in-app via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, you must cancel your subscription in the store itself - we are not affiliated with Apple or Google in this regard, and cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf. Here are the relevant links to the stores -- please proceed to the store where you purchased younity and cancel your subscription there:

If you purchased a younity Premium Monthly or Annual Subscription from us at our web site, you can cancel your subscription directly from your account Profile Page:

You will need to sign in using the same credentials you used to create your younity account. After you sign in, click on the Subscription tab, and then click Cancel subscription. You will receive a confirmation message, as shown:

Please click Yes to confirm that you would like to cancel. You subscription will not be renewed at its next monthly or annual billing cycle.

If you purchased younity Lifetime, there is nothing to cancel. younity Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Nevertheless, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will see what we can do. 

If you have any problems, please just let us know -- click the + New button, above, to open a support ticket and ask us for help. We may need to contact you directly for some additional information.
