I'm wondering if we should file a charge back seeing as the company has gone bust and there are no updates in the last 2 weeks. Anyone have any ideas what we can do ?
I was just billed for an annual subscription to Younity that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE! I haven't used Younity in a year, and now it sounds like they're having financial problems, too? Apparently there's nothing wrong with their automated billing system! Great, I'm sure I can kiss my money goodbye... (I opened two tickets a week ago about this unauthorized billing and have heard nothing)
