Sorry you're having problems. The message you see is the sign of a problem with younity on your machine. The best thing to do would be to re-download and reinstall younity, and see if you experience the problem again. If you do, we will need to investigate further.

Having re-installed Younity only iMac i cannot log in. Either my email and/or password is incorrect. I have installed Younity on my iPad under nigelfg@btinternet with a password I used there but nothing. Can you assist again!
You can reset your password on your iMac. From the registration dialog, please select "Forgot my password" and follow the instructions to reset. We hope that helps.
