Installation failure. Message says contact developer

Description:multiple attempts to install on my MAC Continue to get same error that installation failed due to error. Told to contact developer. Help! Thanks

Sorry the installer is failing. This will be easier to debug if we could send us your install.log file. This is a bit complicated, but it would help us a lot.

If you're willing (and we appreciate it if you are), please do the following:

1. Open the Console app. You can do that by navigating in Finder to Applications -> Utilities, or by searching for it in Spotlight.

2. Once you have Console up, in the left-hand sidebar, select "Files" and then expand the "/var/log" item. You should see "install.log" in the list.

3. Select "install.log" and then right-click and select "Reveal in Finder".

4. From Finder, copy install.log to some directory that is easy for you to access, such as Desktop.

5. Attach "install.log" to an e-mail and send to

I realize that's a lot of steps, but it should be very helpful to us in resolving the issue. If you're willing, we would very much appreciate it.
