I thought I had an account but now I"m not sure. I have Younity on my Iphone and Ipad. Nothing has workedWalter Bohrn

If you were a user prior to April 25th, you would have had to use an e-mail address to create an account. We would have sent confirmation e-mails to that address. If you search your e-mail for e-mails from, you should find one or more addressed to that e-mail address.

Once you know the e-mail address you used to create your account, you can reset your password if you no longer remember it. You can do that from the Registration screen in younity. You will be redirected to a web page where you can reset you password to whatever you like.

Otherwise, you can just create a new account by unregistering any existing devices and then registering them again. With our new version, you can also register via Facebook or Google +. Whatever mechanism you choose, just be sure to use the same one for each device you register.
