Is my laptop registered?

Is my laptop labeled Walt registered. When I access your app on my Iphone or Ipad, I get a message "not available" What's going on??? VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

It would help all involved here, including you, if you would try and be patient with us as we try to help you. If you feel our product is too buggy, or if it is too complicated for you to use, we will obviously try to address that if we can, but that will take time.

If you look at the Settings section of younity on your iPhone or iPad, you should see a list of registered devices. Please see if your laptop is in the list and if it says it is available. If it is not, let us know. If it is, please be patient as younity retrieves your file metadata from your laptop.
